The Dark Garden strives to make sure your plant gets to you safely and packed well. We offer replacements or refunds for plants that arrive dead on arrival (DOA), less the cost of shipping. Photos will be needed to show the damage to the plant for either a refund or replacement. We do not offer exchanges. We do accept returns of healthy plants, though the buyer will need to pay return shipping.

We do not issue refunds for gift cards.

The Dark Garden aims to make sure all the plants listed are properly described, but there may be times when plants are hybrids of the species they’ve been listed as. This is because nearly all plants sold by The Dark Garden are grown by seed. Please contact us and we will do our best to send a replacement or offer store credit. You may keep the original plant.
